Here’s a sheet based on a 2 truck company where the owner works in the field along with a cleaning tech. Also, there’s an office assistant. The company, based on these numbers, probably does $16,000 to $22,000 in sales per month.
This will give you some ideas of what a fairly profitable, small cleaning business does for expenses.

Every company’s numbers are different. Put in YOUR numbers. Be honest and as accurate as possible.
The only fields that you should put as zero would be if you don’t rent a shop or have employees. Every other field should include a number. The line of credit line can also be substituted as a line for savings.

NOTE: If your vehicles or equipment are paid off, you should still put in a number in that area. Soon you’ll need to buy a new vehicle and you should be putting money toward that vehicle purchase. That expense still exists.
