How to Get $150 per Hour Cleaning in ANY City

Yes.  I did say any city.

I know cleaners in small, poor, cities who get $150+ per hour.

Here’s what they do to get better money:

There are really 3 BIG key factors to getting more money in the cleaning business.   Every successful cleaning company I know concentrates on these three factors.

It’s NOT necessarily new equipment…although it won’t hurt.

Stop thinking you can’t do it and learn how to do it.

Your future depends on this.

Cost of Business for Cleaning

Here’s a sheet based on a 2 truck company where the owner works in the field along with a cleaning tech.  Also, there’s an office assistant.  The company, based on these numbers, probably does $16,000 to $22,000 in sales per month.

This will give you some ideas of what a fairly profitable, small cleaning business does for expenses.

Every company’s numbers are different.  Put in YOUR numbers.  Be honest and as accurate as possible.

The only fields that you should put as zero would be if you don’t rent a shop or have employees.  Every other field should include a number.  The line of credit line can also be substituted as a line for savings.

Next week, I’m posting a video to show you how much more profit you can make by making just a few dollars more per hour.  The numbers are HUGE.  Stay tuned.

NOTE:  If your vehicles or equipment are paid off, you should still put in a number in that area.  Soon you’ll need to buy a new vehicle and you should be putting money toward that vehicle purchase.  That expense still exists.

Best Marketing for Cleaning Companies

After talking with dozens of cleaners every week, I get asked which marketing media is working best right now.

So I made a list of the TOP 5.

See it in this video:

Some cleaners using these strategies are getting 10-to-1 returns.  That mean $1,000 for every $100 spent on advertising.

This doesn’t always happen of course.  But if you plan your marketing well, it sure can.

Marketing for Corona Virus Cleaning?

The media is talking about this, so now is a time to join in the conversation.  Maybe do a press release and statement to your clients.

Should you do it?  And to what extent?

If you do, make SURE you know what you’re doing.  I know of cleaners who are taking on $190k jobs doing wipe downs for commercial facilities.

At the bare minimum, give your clients a procedure of what you are doing in between cleanings.

For cleaners, it’s one of the CHEAPEST ways to reach prospects.

But many don’t use it or know how to use it.

So I just made this video below to show you how.

It can be done for around $20 per month.

It amazes me how few cleaners take advantage of this cheap advertising.

Your competition probably isn’t doing this…and most that use it don’t do it to the max…but it’s SO EASY.

See how to do it here.
